backthen, pixel unit is the default size for any html element. Nowdays, variety of devices with different screen size will cause pixel outdated as it is an absolute unit and each screen has different pixel depth. Rem or em are now the new responsive size unit on css. both of them are relative length.
Background
responsive element on the website doesnt mean it can scale properly on different screen. the size might be reduced into correct size, but the proportion might not due to the different montior/screen sizes
Objectives
to understand how make all responsive element on the website scaled out properly on various browser size (including mobile)
